Using Helder

Your Content

Your journal entries remain your property. By using Helder, you grant us permission to process your entries to provide AI-powered features like prompts and insights.

Subscriptions

• Free tier: Limited features as described on the pricing page
• Helder Plus: Paid subscription with full features
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You may cancel anytime from your account settings

Refunds

We offer a 30-day free trial for new subscribers. After the trial period, refunds are provided at our discretion for unused portions of the subscription.
